Broker-In-Charge:

As a Property Manager, I am tasked with preparing Management Agreements and Property Leases along with processing Rent Collections. In addition, I coordinate any needed repairs and maintenance for the properties we manage for the Property Owners and Tenants. I perform "pre" and "post" inspections of each property before and after Tenants move in or out to ensure clean, safe rental homes. As an office, we attend Chamber of Commerce events and various monthly community and real estate association meetings to stay current on local and state real estate rules and regulations.

Favorite Food or Restaurant

Anything involving a medium rare steak and a fine red wine!

Dream Vacation or Favorite Get-A-Way Spot

Anywhere with palm trees, sand, the ocean, some books, a hammock and no connection to a phone or email - for an entire month!!

I love a good cigar with friends.

Business Development, Growth and Strategies:

I am responsible for for meeting with potential new Property Owners to assess if RAHA is a good match for their needs. I also show Available Properties to Prospective Tenants and provide feedback to the Property Owners. In addition, I process the Rental Applications, draft Marketing and Management Agreements, as well as, create and update the Property Leases.

Favorite Food or Restaurant

I like to support the local Asheville food scene. A few great spots are Nine Mile, The Junction and Rocky's Hot Chicken Shack!

Dream Vacation or Favorite Get-A-Way Spot

A hut on a private beach with smooth, glassy waves!!

Fun Fact

I love to enjoy a craft brew after a day of hiking or climbing.
