Tom has been with the Rent-A-Home since 2021. Tom has a background in Pharmaceutical sales and has had his Real Estate License since 2014. Tom is our part time showing agent so he primarily meets with our potential renters to give them tours of our vacant units and answer their questions about the application process. Tom also works to help find new business and to assist current owners and tenants with requests. Tom has 4 dogs at home and is a big animal lover! In his free time he enjoys checking out new restaurants in Asheville with his wife Catherine.

Kerri Person is our Broker In Charge and started the first Rent-A-Home office in Greensboro in 1989. With over 30 years of experience in real estate and property management, Kerri is a great resource for any home related question. She works with new property owners to help them understand our processes and to help them get the most rent out of their investment property. In Kerri’s free time she loves to travel with friends to new destinations, or to relax at her vacation cabin in rural Virginia.
